Mesh belt quenching furnace is a continuous heat treatment furnace that uses an intermittently advancing mesh belt to pass the workpiece through the temperature-controlled heating zone, then drops it into the quenching oil tank and is automatically taken out by the elevator. It can perform quenching, thin-layer carburizing, carbonitriding and other heat treatment processes under a controlled atmosphere. During the heat treatment process, the workpieces do not collide with each other and are evenly heated through the furnace. In addition, under the action of the controlled atmosphere, air is prevented from entering the furnace. Therefore, the surface of the treated workpiece is smooth, free of decarburization, uniform in surface, small in deformation, and high in quality. The equipment has the advantages of high℃of automation, easy adjustment of parameters, low labor intensity, no pollution to the environment, and energy saving. The equipment can form an automated production line with a spray cleaning machine and a mesh belt tempering furnace. It can also be equipped with blackening, bluing, oiling, and drying production lines.
